Auburn University uses the job platform, Handshake, for employers to post co-op, internship, and full-time positions for students.

The information below is what will be needed in order for Auburn University to approve your Handshake registration. Your profile is how you make your first impression on our students. Be sure your profile information reflects what you want students to know about your company. All of the following information needs to be included to ensure timely approval:

  • Company Name
  • Confirm Corporate Status of Employer (Are you a subsidiary of another company?)
  • Industry and Company History
  • Website Address
  • General Contact Phone Number
  • General Company Email Address (If using non-corporate email, the employer must confirm their intention to use that email.)
  • Complete Physical Street Address of Company
  • Staff Member Name Listed as Contact
  • Other Staff Members with Confirmed Email Addresses
  • General Corporate Profile Information
  • General Recruiting Needs - Areas and types of positions (i.e. Civil, Mechanical – Project Engineer, etc.) Note: You cannot view job descriptions until the account is approved.
  • Confirm if the Jobs are Remote in Nature
