ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering offers a variety of options to engage with our engineering students.  All of these options are available in-person or virtually.  If you have another way you would prefer to engage, let us know, and we will work with you to customize your experience.

Employer-in-Residence  I Designed for 20-minute (times adjustable) one-on-one or small group sessions with students regarding professional development topics such as Resume Reviews, Mock Interviews, Elevator Pitch Practice, Networking Tips. 2-4 hours are recommended for this event.

Student Organization Meeting I Created for you to connect with discipline- or industry-specific student organizations. Our office will facilitate connecting you with the appropriate student organization to meet your recruitment needs.

Job Shadowing I Designed to educate a limited number of students on a specific engineering role(s) within your company. 1-2 hours are recommended for this event.

In-Person Information Sessions I Intended to promote brand awareness, job, Co-op, or internship opportunities, or any topic of interest regarding your company in a group setting.

Coffee Chats with EnGINNeers | One-on-One or small group informal Q&As from one Auburn engineer to a future Auburn engineer. Created for you to share more of "A Day in the Life" experience and answer related questions. Students will sign-up to reserve a 20-minute time slot prior to the virtual event.

Tabling I Set up a table in an Engineering building and casually connect with students to promote your company brand and current co-op, internship, or full-time opportunities.
