Overview

Undergraduate Research Opportunity – Aviation Human Factors & VR Flight Simulation

The Aviation/Engineering Operations aNalysis (AEON) group is recruiting one undergraduate researcher to work on aviation human factors, virtual reality flight simulation, and flight training operations. The position is expected to begin this summer and continue through Spring 2027.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Python and/or MATLAB

Flight experience or familiarity with flight training

Hours Per Week + Pay Rate

  • Flexible: 5-10 during academic semesters, 20+ over the summer
  • $10-15/hour; funding administered through the Computing Research Association
