Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) 10-Week Summer Program

Location: University of Mississippi, Oxford, MS
The School of Engineering at the University of Mississippi will hold a ten-week program from May to August to provide cutting-edge research opportunities for undergraduate students interested in furthering a career in STEM.
Requirements
- Copy of your transcript (official or unofficial)
- Interest in pursuing research as a career, especially via graduate school
- Two letters of recommendation
- Cover letter or resume
- Statement of research interests and future goals
Program benefits
Each REU student will -
- Receive a stipend of $6,000, on-campus housing, and allowances for food and travel
- Undertake research and attend specialist seminars
- Enrich your knowledge of nanoengineering
- Present your findings to peers and academic community
- Gain skills for graduate school
- Mentor middle and high school students in STEM
- Experience historic Oxford, MS
