This program highlights the CDCR services such as career coaching, digital tools + resources, co-op + internship programs, and events that connect you with recruiters, alumni, and industry leaders.

NEXT LEVEL COURSE ASSIGNMENTS + FACILITATION
Launched in 2024, the Next Level Career Development and Reflective Writing Program consists of academic assignments and corresponding course materials that focus on career development topics and and reflective writing skills. All assignments have defined outcomes with associated NACE Career Ready Competencies and ABET student outcomes. A suite of assignments and accompanying materials are Canvas-ready and customized for courses at the 1000, 2000, 3000, and 4000-levels.

Support provided includes:
- Optional in-class topic facilitation conducted by a CDCR staff member for topics associated with a Next Level assignment. Available by request in conjunction with assignment implementation planning.
- Optional grading support provided by the CDCR Next Level Graduate Assistant. Available by request for up to one assignment per Next Level Faculty Fellow.
Entry to the Next Level Program occurs through Faculty Fellowship applications which open each January for the following academic year.
