Faculty
Whether you provide support directly to students or to departments and faculty members behind the scenes, we’re committed to cultivating a workplace where everyone feels welcomed, valued, respected and engaged.
The College of Engineering organizes activities and provides services to welcome new faculty into the college and support them in their academic endeavors. We want each member of our faculty to feel valued and have all the support needed to be successful.
More broadly, the University provides support, resources, and training to cultivate an inclusive and equitable workplace for everyone.
