Biosystems Engineering students participate in many organizations on the Auburn Campus. The interdisciplinary nature of our programs means that our students participate in activities in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering, the College of Agriculture, and the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences.
Our primary professional society is ASABE, the society for engineering in agricultural, food, and biological systems. Biosystems Engineering students also participate in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering's Cupola Society, the College of Agriculture's Ag Ambassadors, the Society of American Foresters, and the Forest Products Society.
