You can be a part of producing competent engineers that are able to develop sustainable and resilient solutions to global challenges and life’s essentials (food, water, energy, environment and health) by supporting the work of students, faculty and programs in Auburn’s Department of Biosystems Engineering. Consistent with the college’s vision, the biosystems engineering program has been providing engineering solutions to improve our quality of life for a century. By giving to the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering, you will play an integral role in the extraordinary global and local mission of the Auburn Engineering community. Funding priorities for the department include (a) undergraduate student scholarship (see link), (b) fellowships for graduate students (see link), (c) named spaces for teaching labs, research labs and classrooms (see link), and (d) Corley renovation/expansion naming opportunity. Note that with an endowed fund, the total amount is invested and the interest from the gift is used as scholarship, fellowship or for programmatic support every year till perpetuity. Endowments are an excellent way to permanently honor your family, a mentor or a loved one, and also for corporations to support and contribute to programs with vision and purpose that align with the values of the corporation.
