Our
home is designed to power a modern lifestyle including
a home office, an electric
car, lighting, appliances,
such as the TV/VCR, the dishwasher,
the washer dryer, the
refrigerator, the
home office equipment,
the induction cooktops
and portable units, and microwave
oven, heating and air conditioning equipment,
and hot water system. Of this equipment only the electric
car was specified. Our load team spend a great
deal of time identifying equipment options that were
energy efficient. The most energy efficient options
were then evaluated for convenience, reliability,
availability, and cost-effectiveness.
Our goal was to choose
high efficiency items that were accessible to the
average consumer.
