Welcome to the Auburn University TAPPI Student Chapter!
TAPPI—the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry—is a leading organization that supports students and professionals interested in the paper, packaging, tissue, and converting fields.
Our student chapter is a fun, hands‑on community where you can explore the industry, build new skills, and get involved on campus. We host plant tours, guest speakers, and career workshops that help you see what real engineering and manufacturing look like. Members also take part in small technical projects, volunteer at STEM outreach events, and attend regional conferences where you can meet recruiters and learn about internship opportunities. It’s a great way to connect with other students, make industry contacts, and discover career paths you may not have even heard of.
Join us to explore innovative ideas, gain practical experience, and be part of a friendly and motivated group shaping the future of paper and bioproducts.
