Visit Programs

On Campus Field Trip

Bring your students to Auburn for an exciting, hands-on engineering experience! Group visits are limited to 60 students and include a campus scavenger hunt to explore Auburn’s engineering majors and facilities, a collaborative engineering activity, opportunities to meet current engineering students, and more.

On Campus Field Trips should be booked at LEAST two weeks in advance.

School Visits

Let Auburn Engineering Outreach come to you! Our team can visit your school to lead a fun, hands-on engineering activity right at your school. We'll bring the materials and guide your students through an engaging engineering experience designed to spark curiosity and creativity.

Grand Engineering Challenges

Grades: K-6th
Grand Engineering Challenges invites you to explore how engineers are solving the world’s grand challenges through hands-on demonstrations.

The Derby

Grades: 6–8th
Join us for a high-impact Saturday at Auburn University and put your creativity and engineering skills to the test in our annual Derby Crash Challenge! Design and build a crash-worthy prototype, then put it to the test in a series of thrilling crash challenges. Team up with Aubie and Coop for an action-packed adventure as you see whose design can survive the ultimate impact!

Spring Events

E-Day

Grades: 7-12th
Engineering Day (E-Day) is an open house event designed to inspire and inform future engineers. Students have the opportunity to explore Auburn's engineering programs, tour campus facilities, interact with faculty and current students, and learn about the exciting possibilities within various engineering disciplines.

The Drop

Grades: K-5th
Join us for a fun-filled Saturday at Auburn University and put your creativity and engineering skills to the test in our annual Egg Drop Competition! Launch your design from various levels of Jordan-Hare Stadium and team up with Aubie and Coop on their exciting adventure!

Level Up

Grades: Rising 6-9th
Level Up is an exciting program for 6th–9th grade students ready to take their engineering skills to the next level with Auburn University’s College of Engineering. We offer two sessions of this program!
