Dr. Asha-Dee Celestine received her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University, MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University and PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In between her Master’s and PhD studies, she worked as a Field Engineer in Venezuela with Schlumberger Limited.
Following her PhD, Dr. Celestine conducted postdoctoral research at Schlumberger-Doll Research and Harvard University before joining Auburn University as an Assistant Professor in Aerospace Engineering in Fall 2016.
