Auburn Engineering earns 10 communications and marketing awards

The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering’s Office of Communications and Marketing recently earned 10 Educational Advertising Awards – the largest educational advertising awards competition in the country. The college’s submissions were evaluated amongst entries from more than 1,000 other colleges, universities and secondary schools from all 50 states and numerous foreign countries.
“Whether it’s assisting in recruiting the best and brightest students, promoting our research efforts, highlighting the amazing accomplishments of our students, faculty and staff, or engaging our alumni to encourage their involvement in our continued success, our team of communication and marketing professionals works diligently to promote Auburn Engineering on a wide range of media and platforms,” said Austin Phillips, the college’s director of communications and marketing. “It’s a privilege to tell the amazing stories of this college we all love and we’re honored to have our work recognized by, and among, our peer institutions.”
The college earned gold awards in the categories of annual report, brochure, Facebook and Instagram content, and podcasts. Other awards were in the following categories: calendar, email marketing, website, student viewbook and external publication.
