Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Graduate Certification
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Graduate Certification provides students with an introduction to the tools, techniques and methodologies that will empower them to lead Lean Six Sigma projects in their organizations. Students learn the problem-solving framework for improving processes -- Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) -- and also receive instruction in the tools for streamlining production and services from end to end. By course completion, students will be well-versed in the knowledge and skills needed for successfully leading a Green Belt-level project to reduce or eliminate waste, lower defects in an organization’s products and processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
For a graduate student to earn the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Graduate Certification, they must meet the following requirements: “A” or “B” in Lean Systems (INSY 6800) and Six Sigma (INSY 6330).
If interested in earning this certification, please complete the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Graduate Certification Request form and email it to Student Services Coordinator Branden Farmer.
