Some partner agencies such as APWA, ITE, NHI, TC3, FHWA, AASHTO, State LTAPs, and others have waived their fees and/or membership requirements in order to make these training resources available and accessible to virtually anyone. This spreadsheet has been made available thanks to the Kansas LTAP and the NLTAPA organization.
