The meeting venue is the Fairmont Orchid located in Hawaii.

A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees and their guests at a special negotiated rate of USD 299 per night (single and double occupancy). The rates include self-parking and the daily resort fee (with full access to benefits and inclusions).

These rates will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, subject to the availability of rooms at the time of reservation. All quoted room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes. Currently, room rates and resort charges are subject to the 13.25% Transient Accommodation Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax. Such taxes are subject to change without notice. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $75.00 plus tax per night, beginning with the third adult. There will be no charge for children under the age of 18 years sharing the same room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding. Maximum occupancy is four (4) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children per room. A $75.00 per rollaway fee applies. This fee will be waived if the guest is paying additional for the third and fourth adult. The maximum number of rollaways per room or suite is one (1). Rooms with 2 queen beds are unable to accommodate a rollaway.
