Trained Industrial Engineering Graduate Students (Occupational Safety & Ergonomics) to perform routine audits/inspections of the construction on a form (checklist) we developed. Approximately three to four of these surveillances are being performed each week at randomly scheduled times. Feedback from the audits is presented to the team at the weekly meetings.

We intend to send at least two (possibly three) safety specialists to help oversee the construction and de-construction phases in Washington, D.C., this fall.
