Design
snow loads were determined using procedures outlined
in ASCE 7-98, Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and
Other Structures. Roof snow pressures were based on
a ground snow pressure of 25 pounds per square foot
(for Washington, DC); Exposure Category C; and Importance
Factor of 1.0.
