Department of Chemical Engineering hosting annual Open House

The Department of Chemical Engineering Open House will take place in Ross Hall.

The Department of Chemical Engineering will host its 2021 Open House Oct. 29 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in Ross Hall.

The open house will provide opportunities to reconnect with friends and faculty, observe graduate and undergraduate student poster presentations, view displays provided by undergraduate organizations and attend tours of departmental buildings. Tours of Ross Hall and Wilmore Labs will begin at 10 a.m. and continue every 30 minutes until 2 p.m.

Schedule of Events

10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Student poster presentations
  - Graduate student research
  - Undergraduate student research
  - CHEN organizations and groups
- 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  - Chemical engineering tour of Ross Hall and Wilmore Labs
- 11 a.m.
  - Full College of Engineering CUPOLA tour (including the new Brown-Kopel Center and Gavin Research Laboratories)

Food and Beverage Schedule

10 - 11:30 a.m.
- Light snacks and beverages
11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Light lunch
1 - 2:00 p.m.
- Cookies and afternoon beverages

Upon registration, all registrants will receive an email detailing parking information, hotel recommendations and related details. Registered alumni will receive a complimentary bag containing a variety of Auburn University Department of Chemical Engineering merchandise.
