Auburn Engineering honors student and faculty achievement

The Auburn University Samuel Ginn College of Engineering hosted its annual spring awards ceremony to honor outstanding students and faculty, and recognize scholarship, leadership and a demonstrated commitment to the college.

Due to COVID-19 protocols in the spring of 2020, the ceremony to recognize faculty and alumni award winners from that year could not be held. This year, the college recognized both the 2020 and 2021 outstanding faculty members, in addition to the 2021 student award winners, celebrating their achievements with a socially-distanced gathering on Wednesday. The college will host a separate virtual event to recognize the accomplishments of the 2020 and 2021 outstanding departmental alumni on May 7.

“The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering attracts many of the top students and faculty in the state, region, nation and from around the globe,” said Christopher B. Roberts, dean of engineering. “We are very proud of their success and are delighted to showcase their achievements.”
