Through small, interest-based E3 Teams, led by trained upper-level engineering peer mentors (E3 Team Leaders), first-year students will build meaningful connections with classmates, faculty, advisors, and campus resources while developing the skills and confidence needed to thrive in a rigorous engineering environment.

These small group networks create spaces for collaborative learning, mentorship and belonging, helping students move beyond surface-level connections to form deep social support networks. By fostering early connections and normalizing help-seeking behaviors, the E3 Network supports student well-being, persistence, and long-term success in Engineering at Auburn.
