About Matt:

Matt’s ties with Auburn run deep. His grandfather was a professor in the Education Department in the 70s, and both his parents graduated from Auburn. Matt is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Auburn athletic events and as many Atlanta Braves games as possible. Previously, he was an Academic Counselor in Athletics serving Baseball, Softball, and Soccer Student-Athletes. A native of North Carolina, Matt and his wife live in Auburn with their daughters and 2 dogs.

Fun Fact:

Matt was a part of the men’s basketball staff at Mercer University when they upset Duke in the 1st round of the NCAA Tournament in 2014.
