Faculty Registration is free if the faculty is willing to assist in judging events.

Registration Check-In Information
All attendees must have a badge to attend any events. To receive your badge, you must individually register for the conference and pick up your badge at the registration desk before attending events.
Registration check-in will be held in Brown-Kopel Engineering Student Achievement Center
March 15th: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
March 16th: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Refund Policy
- Auburn 2024 Southern Student Regional Conference Refund Policy -
Cancellations of individual registrations should be emailed to chair2024src@auburn.edu no later than March 1 will receive the opportunity for a full refund less $25 in processing charges.
In addition, tour and workshop refunds of 5 dollars will be refunded in the form of cash when picking up registration materials at the Auburn 2024 Southern Student Regional Conference.
For the chance at a refund, please list the reason for why a cancellation is requested. After March 1, no full registration refunds will be given.
