From promoting our biosystems engineering department, getting folks excited for the 25th anniversary of the college's naming or celebrating our student athletes, the stories are endless. Among nearly 100 videos produced by the college in 2025, here are the top five most popular, shared across our platforms.
5. This is Biosystems Engineering
The Department of Biosystems Engineering is committed to producing engineers who are competent in developing sustainable and resilient solutions to life's essential challenges: food, water, energy, the environment and health. Students receive hands-on and personalized education in the family-centered environment that Biosystems Engineering has created. The department provides a well-rounded engineering experience and produces collaborative minds, ready to engage with the multidisciplinary teams in today’s workforce.
4. Career Fair +
The free Career Fair Plus app offers an interactive map of the venue, filters employers by major and lists open positions — making it easier to research companies ahead of time.
3. Ginn 25th Anniversary Celebration
College alumni, faculty and staff, along with other guests, gathered in September to mark the 25th anniversary of the college's naming — and to again celebrate the investment that inspired it. Held in the college’s Gavin Garden, the event honored the impact of the transformational $25 million gift from telecommunications pioneer Samuel Ginn, ’59 industrial management, which in 2001 set Auburn Engineering on a path of unprecedented growth.
2. Auburn University Construction Engineering
The ultimate product of every civil and environmental engineer's work is a constructed facility. The construction industry accounts for 15 out of every 100 jobs in the country and consumes more basic and finished materials than any other industry. Civil and environmental engineers are responsible not only for the design of complex engineering systems but also for the direction and management of their construction.
