2025 was an exciting year for the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. From recognizing our hard-working faculty, staff and students, capturing important dedication ceremonies and documenting vital organizational events to ensure our students have the best student-centered experience in America, below we count down the top five most-viewed photo galleries of the past year:

5. 2025 Spring Awards

The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering hosted its annual spring awards ceremony in the Brown-Kopel Center in May. Students, faculty, staff and alumni were recognized for outstanding leadership and devotion to the college.

4. GRAND Engineering Showcase Fall 2025

The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering hosted more than 220 K-6 students in October for its Grand Engineering Challenges event at the Brown-Kopel Center Grand Hall. Organized by the college’s Office of Recruitment, Outreach and Scholarships, the event featured hands-on activities, interactive demonstrations and STEM games led by Auburn faculty, staff and students.

3. E-Day 2025

Auburn Engineering's annual open house allows students to learn about our campus, our programs and the incredible opportunities Auburn's Samuel Ginn College of Engineering offers. Seventh through twelfth graders can chat one-on-one with students and faculty, experience interactive exhibits and visit classes and labs.

2. The Drop 2025

More than 50 kindergarten through fifth-grade students participated in this year’s Egg Drop event at Auburn’s Jordan-Hare Stadium, hosted by the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. Students had 40 minutes to design and build a contraption to protect an egg dropped from a stadium ramp, then tested their creations during a live drop.

1. SignENG Day Spring 2025

SignENG Day is a casual event that celebrates engineering students who have accepted an internship, co-op, full-time job, undergraduate research or a graduate program. The event includes a photo op with a festive table and giveaways. Companies are also invited to join in and take pictures with students.
