This tiger is protecting the Auburn Fire Department
Safe from those prankster college students, but what about the high school kids from Opelika?
Eat more cow!
You won't see this one around anymore
Groovy, man, groovy...
He's ready for retirement...
A traditional motif (if you ignore the car in the background)
This tiger is a bookworm...
A union tiger, through and through
Is there a doctor in the house?
This guy parties all the time
Hands down, he's a winner
The team bus driver from Slap Shot decided to toughen this tiger up
Tigers in Jr High can be kinda shy...
In 2005 he watched the state champs play
Is tired of the 1st graders getting on his back...
Yes, it is a Tiger of a Bookstore
A tiger with a business degree?
No longer an Auburn resident, he makes his way back for games
Temporarily in hiding?

Here's part of a letter I received from Alison Hall, Auburn's Community
Programs Director: ...The tiger’s name was Marbleous and he was painted by Beverly Endie Hall (my Mom), me
and Conan Devine. He was painted in a marble-ized form so that he would appear “classy” and “stately” since he would be
representing the City of Auburn. His original location was the corner of Ross and Glenn Avenue across from the
Veteran’s Monument, but it wasn’t long before he was moved to the “new” City Hall after renovations of the old post office
were completed. Over a year ago the City was contacted by the Auburn University War on Hunger Student Campaign – they
wanted a tiger to make into a “tiger-bank” for people to drop their change in to raise funds and awareness for the Hunger
Campaign. The City donated it to the program and it was repainted – it is now blue with orange hand prints all over it.... - which means
that he's now the tiger on the right hand side of the page, 3rd from the top. The museum is currently being renovated and some exhibits are in storage. I'm not
