INFORMS Student Chapter at Auburn University fulfilled numerous objectives since the establishment of the chapter in 2014. The chapter plans workshops, guest speaker talks, student presentation practice, and social events every semester. These events allow the students to learn more about this research area and connect with other students in the department. Along with these events, the chapter has organized a factory tour of Kia Motors Manufacturing in Georgia and outreach events to introduce the concept of Operations Research to K-12 students using fun scientific activities.
