ICAMS addresses the needs of industry partners and identifies the technologies needed for future manufacturing through research and development. Interdisciplinary collaboration with additional researchers at Auburn University, other academic institutions, and industry partners, gives ICAMS the ability to create state-of-the-art academic research programs in various fields of study such as metrology, cyber security, agile and adaptive manufacturing systems, tribology, and mechatronics.
