Yihan Li received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from Tsinghua University, Beijing, P.R. China in 1993 and 1997, respectively, both in Electrical Engineering.  She also received the M.S. degree in System Engineering in 2000 and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2004 from Polytechnic University (now Polytechnic Institute of New York University), Brooklyn, NY, in 2000. 

Currently, she is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Auburn University, Auburn, AL.  She was a Research Scientist in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Polytechnic University from 2004 to 2006, and a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Auburn University from 2006 to 2009. 

Dr. Li's research interests include Scheduling in wired and wireless networks, wireless ad hoc networks and high-speed packet switching. She is a member of Tau Beta Pi.
