Scholarships

Scholarship1We know that college is expensive. That's why we strive to provide students with a variety of creative ways to finance your education— including scholarships, grants, loans, and work-study opportunities.

How To Apply

Your application to Auburn automatically places you in a pool for most university and college scholarships. However, some require a separate application and/or a free application for federal student aid (FAFSA).

Auburn's Office of Student Financial Services works closely with students to put together financial aid packages. In addition to your application for admission you must also complete the FAFSA to be considered for scholarships requiring the demonstration of financial need.

Finally, many outside organizations offer scholarships for engineering students. Check the bulletin board outside of the Office of Engineering Student Services for announcements.

  • For priority consideration, students seeking scholarships should apply and be accepted to Auburn University by December 1.
  • All scholarships must be awarded by March 31st. If a student has paid their confirmation deposit, they will be given their Banner ID which is required to access all information on tigeri. Students are notified by regular mail in early April, of their scholarship award.
