Goals

In order to help address the needs of industry, the Wireless Engineering Research and Education Center (WEREC) was built upon the gift of Samuel Ginn, to develop a comprehensive program of education and research in Wireless Engineering at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. WEREC’s goal is to foster and encourage interdisciplinary technical and outreach activities within the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering and provide a focal point for Auburn University's wireless activities. Such synergies provide an unmatched educational and research experiences at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
