Southeastern Superpave Center

The Southeastern Superpave Center (SSC) is housed at the National Center for Asphalt Technology in Auburn, Alabama. The goal of the SSC is to serve the member states through timely research, technology transfer, and training.

Currently, eleven members are participating in the SSC's pooled-fund: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Colorado. The SSC's pooled-fund is an agreement between Auburn University, the Alabama Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.
