Crossing Borders to Improve Asphalt Pavements

Recently, two representatives from the Materials Testing Office of the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority visited NCAT. They attended the NHI Asphalt Mixture Performance Tester (AMPT) training course on Aug. 23-25 and also wanted to learn more about sponsoring a section or participating in a group experiment on the upcoming (fifth) NCAT Pavement Test Track cycle. Their organization also participates in the Southeastern Superpave Center pooled fund.
