Masters of Science in Polymer and Fiber Engineering
Building upon a core of required courses enables the student to design a program to his or her interests. Core courses focus on polymer/fiber structure and properties, mechanics of fibrous assemblies, coloration, advances in polymer/fiber composites, and research and thesis.
Suggested minor or supporting course areas include chemical engineering, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, and computer science.
Assistantships are awarded by individual faculty from their sponsored research grants. For availability, please contact faculty members directly.
