The 4th Annual Elements of Mechanical Engineering Conference will be held October 22-23, 2006 (Sunday and Monday) at the Marriot Lodge and Conference Center in Opelika, Ala. The venue is first class and located on the Grand National championship golf course. Conference features include tours of labs; meeting with current and emeriti faculty; a presentation of the department mission and program with open discussion; and several engineering workshops with opportunity to earn Professional Development Hours. A conference dinner will be held Sunday evening with a guest speaker to be announced.
