Undergraduate materials student, Robert D. Love, receives the Outstanding Student
Award from Dean Larry Benefield for his demonstrated excellence in the classroom.
Dean Larry Benefield presents Dr. Paul M. Munafo, the assistant director for
safety and engineering for the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville,with
the Outstanding Alumnus Award for his remarkable success in the field of materials
engineering.
Dr. Bart Prorok receives the Outstanding Faculty Award for Materials Engineering
from Dean Larry Benefield. Prorok also received the Auburn Alumni Engineering
Council Junior Research Award.
Dr. Prorok takes time to display his two esteemed awards: the Outstanding Faculty
Award and the Auburn Alumni Engineering Council Junior Research Award.
