Machining and Metrology Laboratories

This is fully equipped to conduct both advanced machining experiments and laboratory cellular manufacturing experiments. The following pages depict some* of the major pieces of equipment available for researchers and students.

Students in INSY and the Automotive Minor are also trained in the Design and Manufacturing Laboratory. Students can elect to become fully qualified for use of the Design and Manufacturing Laboratory. For a video, click here

 

*It is impractical to display all of the equipment here due to the large amount of equipment in the lab. This will convey the major pieces of equipment as well as unique areas of emphasis in the laboratory.
