Preference will be given to candidates at the Assistant Professor level who can teach and perform research in the areas of injury prevention, human factors engineering, human centered design, or occupational ergonomics. Ability and willingness to teach graduate level probability and statistics and related courses, and professional certification in ergonomics or safety are highly desired.
Responsibilities include teaching, service, and conducting research within the ISE department. An earned doctoral degree in industrial engineering or a related field from an accredited university and a successful academic record including funded research, teaching, and scholarly publications are required.
