Qualifications

- Dean's Fellowship: Dean's Fellowships will be awarded to students pursuing a doctorate in engineering.
A prior master's is not required, but a commitment to pursue doctoral studies
is necessary. Students with an expected GPA of 3.5 and combined GRE of 1300 are
encouraged to apply.
- College Fellowship: College Fellowships will be awarded to students pursuing either a master's
or a doctorate in engineering, with preference given to doctoral students. Students
with an expected GPA of 3.5 and combined GRE of 1250 are encouraged to apply.
- Departmental Fellowship: College Fellowships will be awarded to students pursuing either a master's
or doctorate in engineering. Students will be selected by the departments.
- Tuition Fellowships: Tuition Fellowships are provided to all students with a 25 percent or greater
full-time-equivalent (FTE) assignment.
Fellowship recipients will be selected by a college committee. Selection criteria
include GPA, GRE scores, past research experiences, as well as performance during
an on campus interview with one of the committee members. Selections will be
announced on March 15, 2008.
