The Birdsong Study Abroad Program is designed to broaden the education of engineering
students. Students submit a proposal for a semester or year of international study
in a discipline other than engineering.
Students must be an undergraduate enrolled full time in a degree granting program in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering at Auburn University.
Applicants must have achieved sophomore standing and be in good standing at Auburn University.
Applicants must have an Auburn University cumulative grade point average (gpa)
of 3.0 or above.

Student Services, Shelby Center for Engineering and Technology suite 1210.
No email applications will be accepted.
Deadline for submission of completed applications is February 15 of each calendar year.
The Birdsong Scholarship Committee recognizes that a wide variety of possibilities of study, travel, research and volunteer activities exists world wide, therefore no set number or award amount is established. Each application is reviewed on its own merit.
