Computer Engineering (ECPE) Program Objectives
The primary goal of the ECPE Program (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (B.E.E.) - Computer Engineering Option) is to produce graduates who will successfully practice computer engineering in a broad range of endeavors. Accomplishing this goal is demonstrated through achievement of the following Program Educational Objectives, which indicated expected achievements of ECPE graduates within a few years following graduation:
PEO#1: Graduates of the ECPE Program demonstrate technical proficiency in the practice of computer engineering.
PEO#2: Graduates of the ECPE Program are recognized as effective communicators.
PEO#3: Graduates of the ECPE Program contribute effectively to the work of multidisciplinary teams.
PEO#4: Graduates of the ECPE Program continue to expand their knowledge and skills through scientific inquiry and learning.
PEO#5: Graduates of the ECPE Program are recognized as responsible citizens characterized by high standards of ethics and professionalism.
