The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering at Auburn University hosts a ten-week
summer research experience program for undergraduate students. The program is
highly interdisciplinary and involves research in the area of micro- and nano-material
science and technology. The program involves various academic departments such
as Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Mechanical and Materials Engineering, Civil
Engineering, Polymer and Fiber Engineering, Physics, and Biosystems Engineering.
