Student Organizations

Auburn University is home to outstanding student chapters of national engineering and chemical engineering related professional and honor societies. These societies provide undergraduates with an excellent opportunity to interact with and get involved with other students who share similar interests in a particular field.

Student chapters of professional engineering societies focus on student success by providing:

• Academic support to members, including tutoring, study circles, and mentoring.
• Professional development opportunities that include hosting guest speakers from industry, and visits to area companies.
• Participation in regional and national conferences and competitions including hands-on design projects and student research activities.
