Scholarships

Financial assistance based on academic ability and/or financial need is available to Biosystems Engineering students through several university and College of Engineering programs. Additional scholarships are available in the School of Forestry and the College of Agriculture. Students are also eligible for the following departmental scholarships:
 
  • H.T. King Scholarship for juniors and seniors, based on leadership, academic achievement, and financial need.
  • F.A. Kummer Scholarship for freshmen and sophomores, based on leadership, academic achievement, and financial need.
  • William R. Gill Scholarship for female students with financial need.
  • William P. Adkins Memorial Scholarship for outstanding sophomores demonstrating interest in research or professional pursuits.
  • Maxwell E. Jones Memorial Scholarship for student with demonstrated academic excellence and financial need.

Award amounts for these scholarships vary. To be eligible for scholarships, students must print and fill-out the application provided below.  After application is completed please mail and return to the address provided on the application.
