Hydraulics Laboratory

Hydraulics and fluid mechanics principles are taught in the 1066 square foot Hydraulics Laboratory. This laboratory contains a laboratory-scale hydraulic flume, infiltrometers, an experimental pump, a pipe-flow test device, a test bench for drip irrigation emitters, and an irrigation control system. The lab has a below-ground water tank and a large pump test facility. The lab is used by BSEN 3230 and BSEN 4210. The laboratory is adequate to serve the needs of the courses.
