Cooperative Control of Autonomous Agents

Research by: Dr. Andrew Sinclair

Dr. Sinclair has been collaborating with researchers at Eglin Air Force Base and the University of Florida to study the interplay of navigation and path planning: two necessary tasks that must be performed by autonomous vehicles. Progress has been made in the development of vehicle trajectories that enhance the navigation performance of the vehicles relative to a target. Potential applications for this research include the cooperative attack of air munitions.
