The instructor has over three decades of real world experience. Using his book by the same name as a guide, this course is based on his education, research and practical experiences while dealing with clients on 3 continents and in 35 states over the past three decades.  Numbers to People presents practical tips along with anecdotal information about actual situations.  This approach provides additional learning opportunities for participants based on real experiences in a variety of organizations.
