David Bevly, assistant professor in mechanical engineering at Auburn University, has been selected to receive a grant from the Army Research Office (ARO) Young Investigator Program. Juan Gilbert, TSYS Distinguished associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering, has been elected to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. Brian Thurow, assistant professor in aerospace engineering and head of the Advanced Laser Diagnostics Laboratory (ALDL), has been selected to receive a grant from the Army Research Office (ARO) Young Investigator Program (YIP). Oladiran Fasina, assistant professor in biosystems engineering, received a leadership citation from the Food and Bioprocess Engineering Institute of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE).
