Young Alum Tarrant Sets the Bar High

Apryl Tarrant hugging AubieAs a corporate journalism student at Auburn, Apryl Tarrant Mullins took on a variety of leadership roles that prepared her for her current role as coordinator of student-young alumni programs with the Auburn Alumni Association.

A 1997 graduate, Apryl and her husband Kevin recently stepped into the spotlight again with the creation of a fund for excellence in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. The endowment is in honor of Apryl's parents who instilled in their daughter the importance of education and hard work. The Bob and Barbara Tarrant Fund for Excellence recognizes their efforts and the potential of the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. Read full story
