ExxonMobil Gift Supports Engineering Programs

Supply, was on campus to present a check in support of Auburn University programs
in chemical, civil, computer, electrical and mechanical engineering as well as
management information systems and the BellSouth Minority Engineering Program.
Accepting the check on behalf of Auburn were Engineering Dean Larry Benefield,
seated center, Shirley Scott-Harris, director of the BellSouth Minority Engineering
Program, and Casey Cegielski, standing left, of the College of Business information
systems management faculty. Also present was Gene Hess, corporate controller and
systems account manager with ExxonMobil Global Services Company. Arvin noted that
the gift funds could be used to support a variety of programs that enhance the
quality of the student experience at Auburn.
